Tree of Hope was founded by Anna McLain, whose passion for helping others has shaped every aspect of the organization. With extensive experience in healthcare, transition coordination, case management, and community-based services, Anna recognized the need for compassionate, person-centered support for individuals transitioning from institutional care back into the community.

Her vision was to create an organization that not only coordinates services but also empowers individuals to regain independence, dignity, and confidence. Under her leadership, Tree of Hope has built strong partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, housing agencies, and referral partners to ensure every member receives individualized support throughout their transition journey.

As Tree of Hope continues to grow throughout Colorado and expand into Minnesota, Anna remains committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service. She is also leading the organization's expansion into home care services, with the goal of providing a seamless continuum of care that supports individuals before, during, and after their transition to community living.

Anna believes that every successful transition begins with hope, grows through meaningful support, and flourishes within a strong community. This philosophy continues to guide Tree of Hope's mission of helping individuals build brighter, more independent futures.
